Refund policy

RETURN POLICY 

At Love Earth, we offer complimentary 30-day returns, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your 

purchase. Simply return or exchange it within 30 days, in its original, unworn condition, for an exchange 

or full refund. 

To begin a return: 

1. Contact our Customer Care Department at #-###-###-#### or 

customercare@loveearthjewelry.com to request a Return Authorization number. Please also 

briefly describe the reason for the return. 

2. A Return Authorization number will be provided to you.

3. Place your order in its original jewelry box and securely inside a small UPS or other cardboard 

box. Take your order to your nearest UPS location. (Important: The Return Authorization number 

must be clearly written on the outside of the package, or the return will not be accepted) 

4. All refunds and exchanges will be processed within one week of receipt. Exchanges will be 

processed within ten days. 

5. For repairs, please allow for 2-week processing.
